UNIFORM TRAFFIC CODE

AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT THE UNIFORM TRAFFIC CODE.

THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD ORDAINS:

Section 1. UNIFORM TRAFFIC CODE ADOPTED

The Uniform Traffic Code as promulgated by the directors of the Department to State Police is adopted by the Village of Deerfield pursuant to Act 62 of the Public Acts of 1956.

Section 2. REPEALER

All ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are repealed.

Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Ordinance shall be effective 20 days after its passage.
